Thailand Post notifies that torrential rain in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, in southern Thailand, has caused flooding in postcode areas 80XXX, 90XXX, 91XXX and 93XXX. Road blockages in these areas are leading to delays in delivery of postal items (letter post, parcel post and EMS) to addressees.
