Registered Service (Singapore)

An affordable and reliable way to send mails to your customers.

 

All mail items up to 500g may be accepted for registration. For overseas postings, it is only available if the service is valid to the country of destination.

 

Registered Service is a sign-for doorstep service that requires a signature on delivery in Singapore and most destinations.

 

You can also track your item’s status (for selected countries). This service is ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing, and accountability.

More About Registered Service
  • Registered Service (Singapore) does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for Registered mail items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.
  • SingPost shall not be liable under any circumstances for paper-related items such as documents.

Value-Added Services

Advice of Receipt (AR)

AR is an optional service that is available for opt-in when registering a mail item. With AR service, the recipient will be requested to sign on the AR card and this card will be automatically returned to the sender via mail upon successful delivery. This optional service is available at $1.00, on top of the registered fee plus postage.

 

The Signed Delivery Receipt is only available to the sender as a digital copy upon a successful request from the recipient’s Postal Administration.

 

This request may require up to 3 working days (for local) and at least 25 working days (for overseas) to be processed.

Digital Copy of Signed Delivery Receipt (after posting)

If you require a digital copy of the signed delivery receipt and you have not opted for the AR service at the point of posting, a nominal fee may be charged.
