How to Apply
Apply / Renew at any of our Post Offices
- Download Application Form
- Fill up particulars and bring to any post office.
- You can make payment via cash, NETS
and credit cards.
Apply / Renew via SAM online or SingPost mobile app via the bill payment function, ‘Pay With SAM’
- Sign up or login to your SingPost account on SAM online or SingPost mobile app.
- Under Add Bills, go to Postal Services > My Mail Box (Residential) Application / Renewal.
- Follow the steps to complete the transaction.
