Thailand Post has notified that the country is experiencing flooding in various areas along the banks of the Chao Phraya River and the Tha Chin River, following heavy rains in the northern and upper central parts of Thailand.
As a result of the flooding, road blockages have caused delays in the delivery of postal items (letter post, parcels and EMS) in the affected areas.
