Applicable for parcels up to 30kg and 600mm x 400mm x 300mm; for bulky parcels up to 30kg but larger than 600mm x 400mm x 300mm but within L+2W + 2H within 3M (max length 1.5).Speedpost delivery rate of $12 will apply.

Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST for consumer shipping.

All items have maximum dimension. Should item exceed maximum dimension specified in the weight tier, the next weight tier charge shall apply.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery:

Express (2-Hour): Item will be returned to the sender on next working day (Mon - Fri).
Standard: we will attempt to deliver the item again (up to 2 re-delivery attempts). Parcel will be returned to sender if all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST for consumer shipping.

There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands.
