Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has advised that owing to severe weather conditions caused by Typhoon Ragasa, postal operations will be suspended in certain parts of the country on 22 September 2025 for the safety of its personnel and the public. The affected areas are as follows:

- Ifugao
- Ilocos Norte
- llocos Sur
- Isabela
- Kalinga
- La Union
- Laguna
- Mountain Province
- Nueva Ecija
- Nueva Vizcaya
- Occidental Mindoro
- Oriental Mindoro
- Pampanga
- Pangasinan
- Palawan
- Romblon
- Rizal
- Tarlac
- Zambales
All inbound and outbound mail services will be affected during this period. PHLPost is monitoring the situation closely and will resume normal operations as soon as conditions permit.
