Poste Italiane has informed that it has appointed a new service provider responsible for processing mail at its ITMXPA office of exchange which will take over from 1 September 2025. During this transition, the processing times for EMS items and inbound parcels are currently longer than usual and delays are to be expected owing to backlogs.
