Hongkong Post has advised that a black level rainstorm warning was issued on 14 August 2025 at 7.50 local time. The processing and delivery of all mail (letters, parcels and EMS) will be affected. The impact is expected to last for at least a day upon service resumption, until the backlogs can be cleared.
