Sending within Singapore via Speedpost

As each shipment is tracked by a unique Tracking Number, we strongly recommend the sender to keep a copy of the consignment note for reference. Use our Track Item feature under Quick Tasks to get the status of your letter/parcel.

The delivery time is provided as a general guide. Items are subject to variation depending on multiple factors including customs inspections.

Our Track and Trace system provides up-to-date information on your shipment location. If your shipment did not arrive after the estimated delivery time by 1 to 2 weeks, please contact our hotline at 1800 222 5777 (for Singapore only) / +65 6222 5777 (when calling from outside Singapore) for assistance.

To send an item, you can login to www.ezy2ship.com as a guest if you are not a corporate customer. Using ezy2ship, you can prepare, pay and print label for your shipment as well as schedule an item pick-up. You can also call our hotline at 1800 222 5777 (for Singapore only) / +65 6222 5777 (when calling from outside Singapore) to arrange for courier collection. Please note that a booking fee of S$5 will apply for phone bookings.

The maximum weight that you can send is 30kg per item. For small packages (max dimension of 32 x 25 x 10cm), item must not be more than 2kg.

Please write/print the gross weight of your item on the consignment note or ezy2ship shipping label. At the Speedpost Processing Centre or post office, we will weigh your shipment with a calibrated weighing machine. Our Customer Service Officer will inform you to top up the difference if your parcel is heavier than what you have given.

For every service that Speedpost offers, there are specific weights and dimensional limits that apply globally. The following information is provided as a general guide:

Most overseas destinations accept items addressed to PO Box addresses. For more details, you can refer to the Service Guide. For delivery to an overseas PO Box address, please write the recipient’s contact number on the consignment note.

A unique tracking number will be issued and printed onto the shipping label when a shipment is created via www.ezy2ship.com. Otherwise, the tracking number is the number below the barcode found on the top right hand corner of the consignment note.

You can track your item only if you have the tracking number. It is important to keep a copy of the ezy2ship shipping label or the consignment note as it contains information like tracking number.

Your recipient must check the condition of the item upon delivery. If the parcel is damaged, he/she must not accept it. He/She must inform you so that you can make a report to Singapore Post.

Singapore Post will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipment. Delivery times are provided as a general guide. Delivery is subject to variation depending on multiple factors including customs inspections.

Claims for lost or damaged item will be honoured on the condition that Singapore Post is satisfied that the claim is justified. It will be up to S$150 per shipment.

GST handling fee is the fee for administering the payment of GST to Singapore Customs for and on behalf of the recipient. A flat rate of S$10 per consignment will be charged as GST handling fee. You can pay the GST handling fee in cash when the item is delivered to you or when you collect the item at the post office.
