The Department of Posts announced it partially resumed mail operations on 1 December 2025, even though the effects of the extreme weather conditions persist and landslide alerts remain in effect.
Mail is being processed. However, mail deliveries may be delayed because most roads are still blocked, and some highly affected areas have yet to be reached.
