The Department of Posts notifies that the situation following the extreme weather conditions has largely returned to normal.
Most transportation networks, utilities and other essential services across the country have been restored, and approximately 95% of the postal network is now operating under normal conditions. Mail acceptance, processing, and delivery services will be reinstated as of 12 January 2026, with only minor localized delays remaining.
