Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has advised that owing to severe weather conditions currently affecting certain parts of the country, postal operations will be suspended from 1 September 2025 and until further notice for the safety of its personnel and the public.
The areas affected are Metropolitan Manila and the following provinces:
- Bulacan
- Cavite
- Negros Occidental
- Pampanga
- Antique
- Oriental Mindoro
- Quezon
- Rizal
- Laguna
- Camarines Norte
- Camarines Sur
- Albay
- Sorsogon
- Catanduanes
- Masbate
- Northern Samar
All inbound and outbound mail services will be affected during this period. PHLPost is monitoring the situation closely and will resume normal operations as soon as conditions permit.
