Poste Italiane has advised that certain Italian unions have announced a 24-hour strike, commencing at 00.01 CET on 9 February 2024, involving ground handlers and other airport services personnel at Milan’s Linate and Malpensa airports. As a result, there is a risk of delays and cancellations of non-guaranteed flights.
While mitigation measures will be taken at Poste Italiane facilities, the impact of the strike may continue over the weekend and until 12 or 13 February 2024, depending on the level of participation.
