Hongkong Post has advised that a black level rainstorm warning was issued on 5 August 2025 at 5.50 local time. The processing and delivery of all mail (letters, parcels and EMS) will be affected. The impact is expected to last for at least a day upon service resumption, until the backlogs can be cleared.
