bpost has advised that it has received notification of a strike that is scheduled to start at 22.00 CET on 7 February and to end at 22.00 CET on 8 February 2024. It is very likely that the strike will affect the workforce available at the bpost international sorting centre and within the domestic sorting and distribution network. Disruption will be expected with regard to the receipt of international shipments, as well as the transportation, collection and delivery of all mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items).
Delays are therefore to be expected in the processing and distribution of all mail throughout Belgium.
