bpost has advised that a national demonstration, organized by the country's national trade unions in protest against various measures taken by the federal government, will take place across Belgium. This action is expected to last 24 hours and to cause disruptions in various key sectors such as transport, public services and logistics, commencing at 00.01 CEST (UTC+2) on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
This industrial action is expected to affect various postal services across the country, including letter-post and parcel-post deliveries, as well as bpost’s domestic and international logistics network.
In addition, all incoming and outgoing flights to and from Brussels Airport will be cancelled on 14 October.
