Empresa Nacional de Correios e Telégrafos de Angola (ENCTA) notified of a significant disruption to postal services across Angola due to a nationwide strike by postal workers since December 2025.
As a result, significant delays occurred in processing and delivering inbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS), while the outbound mail collection and dispatch services were suspended or heavily restricted.
ENCTA further advises that all postal services are expected to return to normal from Wednesday, 28 January 2026.
