Empresa Nacional de Correios e Telégrafos de Angola (ENCTA) advises that postal operations in Angola will be temporarily affected by a public administrative suspension decreed by the provincial government of Luanda for 24 and 25 November 2025 due to the seventh African Union–European Union Summit.
Enhanced security measures and severe road access restrictions will be in place throughout the province of Luanda during this period, directly impacting logistics, mobility and postal operations. Delays in processing, customs clearance and delivery may occur owing to restricted operational access and workforce limitations.
