Delivery only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery, item will be returned to sender on next working day (Mon to Fri).

Applicable for parcels up to 5kg and 320mmx 250mm x 100mm

Delivery only available from Mon – Sat, 9am to 10pm, excluding Public Holidays.

Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST for consumer shipping.

All items have maximum dimension. Should item exceed maximum dimension specified in the weight tier, the next weight tier charge shall apply.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery:

Express (2-Hour): Item will be returned to the sender on next working day (Mon - Fri).
Standard: we will attempt to deliver the item again (up to 2 re-delivery attempts). Parcel will be returned to sender if all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST for consumer shipping.

There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands.

Shipper is responsible to declare the correct value of shipment.
