When your parcel arrives, you will receive an OTP or a QR Code via SMS or Email to collect it within 48 hours from the locker.

Collect your parcel by entering your OTP and signing for it on the touchscreen.

If you are overseas, forward the OTP to a family member or trusted neighbour to collect the parcel on your behalf.

If the parcel is not collected within 48 hours, it will be returned to the sender.
