No, registration is not required for Parcel Santa services. All residents of condominiums with Parcel Santa lockers can access and use the lockers.

While this service is free for all residents, you can decline the service at the locker’s touchscreen by selecting the ‘Decline Service’ icon. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.
No, simply shop online as usual, providing your complete mailing address and contact details during purchase. Our partner couriers will automatically deliver your parcels to your condominium's lockers. Please check our updated list of courier partners.
Upon the courier placing your parcel in our lockers, you'll receive an OTP (One-Time-Password) or a QR code via SMS or email. Use this OTP or scan the QR code at the locker touchscreen, sign in, and retrieve your parcel within the next 48 hours.
If your parcel isn't collected within 48 hours and we receive no communication from you, you'll get an SMS or email notifying you of the expired collection window. The courier will retrieve the parcel and schedule a free delivery to your doorstep.

You can request a new OTP directly from the locker system or call our customer service at +65 6584 8884 (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM; Saturdays, 8:30AM - 1:00PM).
Parcel Santa welcomes all courier companies, but they must register with us first. For the list of our partnered couriers, please refer to our website. If your merchant or delivery agent needs assistance, ask them to contact us directly.
Parcel Santa caters exclusively to e-commerce parcel deliveries. We cannot accommodate food, furniture, or other specialized goods deliveries that require in-person scheduling for collection.
