Correos y Telégrafos had updated that the areas still affected are in the province of Valencia (46XXX postcodes), which saw great damage and destruction to homes and businesses. In addition, the communications network (roads, bridges, streets and railways) was affected, and reconstruction is underway in various places, meaning that transport in the province is still disrupted.
Work is being done to restore full operations but, in some areas, Correos y Telégrafos is still unable to provide a delivery service. However, the sorting facility in Valencia is back in operation, and service to the province of Castellón (12XXX) is back to normal.
