Buy postage instantly in the SingPost mobile app, write the generated code on your envelope, and post your letter — no physical stamps or labels required.

Digital Stamp is for Basic Mail only: letters, postcards, and printed paper items in a paper envelope, for delivery within Singapore.

Digital Stamp does not replace traditional stamps; it simply offers another convenient way to pay for postage — right from your phone.

To ensure same-day collection from Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday), mail items must be posted before 10:00 AM at street posting boxes and SingPost@MyBlock, or before 5:00 PM at post offices.

Use a dark blue or black pen, write your unique code clearly in the top-right-hand corner of your envelope, where a stamp would normally go.

Drop your mail at any posting box, Post office or SingPost@MyBlock slot - whenever you're ready.

Trial Promotion Conditions: Sold in sets of 5 stamps. Limit to 1 set per denomination, per account. All trial stamps expire on 6 April 2027. All prices include prevailing GST.

Digital Stamps require a minimum purchase of five (5) per denomination per checkout. Each code is valid for single use and valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. All prices include prevailing GST. 

Mail Conditions

  • Mail items in standard envelope sizes: C4, C5, C6 and DL or specified Standard Mail sizes.
  • Letters, postcards or mail items in card form, printed papers or paper-based items in a paper-based envelope.
  • Paper based mail items that include but are not limited to annual reports, direct mail, books, catalogues, newspapers and periodicals.
  • Mail items must not exceed the maximum of 324mm (length) x 229mm (width) x 14mm (height) and weight not more than 500g.
