Notes:
* Basic Letters refers to Basic stamped and franked letter items up to 500g. For packages, publications and others (examples: promotional materials, merchandise, newspapers, periodicals, catalogues, books etc) the delivery standard is 3 working days. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
To ensure same-day collection from Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday), mail items must be posted before 10:00 AM at street posting boxes and SingPost@MyBlock, or before 5:00 PM at post offices.
** Collection cut-off time for Registered Service (Singapore) at the Post Office is 5:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays. Those posted after the cut-off time will be collected the next working day.
+ Cut-off time for arrival at Airmail Transit Centre is 11:00 AM and is subjected to customs clearance.
