To ensure prompt delivery, write the address clearly in a large font size (preferably font size 12) within the Recipient’s Address zone . You should also clearly write your return address on the back of the envelope (at the top) to facilitate a return in case of non-delivery.

If you receive mail that is not addressed to you, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Do not open the mail.
Step 2: If you know that the recipient has moved, you can cross out the address and write "Moved – return to sender" or "No longer at this address." If you’re unsure, simply note "Return to sender, no such person."
Step 3: Place the mail in a Returned Mail Letterbox or any post box.
Packaging Guidelines
Tips for properly packing your items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
The safety of your item depends on how well you have packed it for delivery. Here are some packing tips for a safe delivery:
- Use high-quality packaging materials
- Use cushioning materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam peanuts, honeycomb wrap, kraft paper) around your items for protection
- Pack items tightly to prevent movement and damage during transit
- Use tape specifically designed for shipping
- Avoid using gift wrapping paper, ribbons, and strings to prevent ripping or tangling in sorting centres
- Seal boxes with H-shape taping for maximum strength
- All glass items must be individually bubble-wrapped and secured in a protective hard box. The box must be clearly marked as FRAGILE.

💡 Pro Tips:
- Secure your label, ensuring it is flat and wrinkle-free
- Make sure your recipient's details are clear and legible, especially if handwritten, or use standardised fonts for computer-generated labels
- Keep important documents, such as certificates, safe by placing them between hard cardboard or using a postal tube to protect the contents
The maximum dimension for a standard parcel is 600mm x 400mm x 300mm and a maximum weight of 30kg.
