We are making mailing more convenient than ever. SingPost@MyBlock is a residential posting box trial that allows you to post and return mail directly at your own residential letterbox nest. No more trips to the post office—simply drop your items off where you receive your mail.

Easy Drop-off
Have a letter or small parcel to send? Simply place it in the designated slot in your block’s letterbox. Make sure your item is properly addressed and has the correct postage affixed. Our postman will collect it directly from there.
Return with Ease
Received mail that isn’t meant for you? If you know the recipient has moved, simply write “Recipient moved out” on the envelope and place it in the designated slot in your block’s letterbox.
Please ensure your items can fit easily into the designated mail slot.
Accepted: Standard envelopes, postcards, and small packets (including smartpac and Prepaid Labels) that slide through the slot without being forced.
Not Accepted: Large parcels, bulky items, or any mail that obstructs the slot opening.

Starting in Punggol, the trial was extended to Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Marine Parade, and Upper Boon Keng, and will run through to 30 June 2026.

Frequently asked questions
No, there are no additional charges for posting your letter in a public letterbox. As long as your letter has the correct postage applied, you can simply drop it into any SingPost letterbox at your convenience.
For trackable services like Registered Mail and Speedpost, please lodge your items at a Post Office, POPDrop, or POPStop. This is necessary to ensure your mail is properly scanned and has a secure record, which our standard letterboxes cannot provide.
You can post items with a Prepaid Label or smartpac at any public letterbox, provided they fit completely and securely into the posting slot.
Yes, you can. As long as your letter has the correct postage for its destination, you can simply drop it into the letterbox.
We understand that circumstances can change. While we are unable to have the postman return the letter to your unit, we do offer a retrieval service.
Please note that this is a chargeable service with a fee of $21.80. Once retrieved, the letter can only be collected from the General Post Office. You can provide your details to our service staff, and we will check on the status of the item for you.
For our current trial, the daily cut-off time for posting at letterboxes is 5 p.m. The collection process is currently under review, and further information on cut-off times will be provided before the full launch.
The option to post letters at residential letterboxes is currently available only in selected areas as part of a trial.
Your friend's residence is likely within one of these trial locations, while your area is not yet part of the program. Upon a successful trial, we plan to expand this service island-wide by the third quarter of 2026.
Yes, you can. The residential letterbox posting service is available at specific locations included in our trial.
As long as you are posting at a letterbox within one of these trial areas, you may use the service, regardless of whether you reside there.
