We are proud to announce the expansion of our POPStop network to over 160 staffed Cheers and FairPrice Xpress stores across Singapore. You may now easily drop off items for shipping and returns while getting access to smartpacs and prepaid labels!

Frequently asked questions

Unfortunately, you cannot drop off packages for DHL, FedEx, or UPS at a POPStop. These packages must be dropped off at a Post Office.

To ensure eligibility for next day delivery, items must be submitted or lodged by 4:30 PM.

POPStations provide lockers for parcel collection, returns, or posting. In contrast, a POPStop is a dedicated service point for shipping and returns of trackable eCommerce items, available at Post Offices and POPStop agents only.

Yes, we have a maximum weight and length restriction of 30kg and 1.5m respectively. Individual service restrictions also apply, such as letterbox-sized restrictions for Tracked Letterbox items.

SingPost offers a range of mailing services to suit your needs, including our smartpac and Tracked Letterbox Prepaid Label for local delivery, Speedpost for urgent and time-sensitive shipments, and ezyReturn for hassle-free returns.
