SingPost Self-Service Kiosks offer a fast, automated solution to buy and print shipping labels, process parcel drop-offs, pay bills, all in a single convenient location. Many locations even operate 24/7!

Identifying Your Station: Two Easy Ways to Drop Off

We are upgrading and expanding our drop-off network across Singapore! Depending on the location you visit, you will encounter one of two station setups. Both offer identical services, but with a slightly different drop-off process:

Self-Service Kiosk

Station Setup:  A standalone touchscreen terminal with an adjacent physical posting box.

Drop-Off Workflow:

  1. Scan: Use the terminal’s barcode scanner to scan your parcel’s barcode.
  2. Confirm: Verify the on-screen confirmation.
  3. Drop: Place your parcel into the separate posting box located next to the kiosk.

POPDrop

Station Setup: An all-in-one kiosk terminal featuring a built-in automated acceptance door.

Drop-Off Workflow:

  1. Scan: Hold your parcel barcode under the scanner.
  2. Deposit: The integrated drop door opens automatically—place your parcel inside.

The main difference is the physical design: POPDrop has an integrated drop slot that handles the scanning and acceptance of the parcel,  whereas the Self-Service Kiosk requires you to scan your barcode and manually place the item into a separate posting box (usually located right beside it).
