Drop-Off Locations

Once your item is packed and ready to go, you have several convenient options to send it on its way. This guide covers our drop-off locations, self-service kiosks, and how to arrange for a courier pickup.

Drop-Off Locations

Using POPDrop

What is POPDrop?

POPDrop is an automated, self-service box designed for a hassle-free drop-off of your trackable parcels. It allows you to skip the lines at the Post Office and lodge your items 24/7 at various locations across Singapore.

Use our Locate us tools to find the nearest POPDrop.

Can I purchase stamps and pay bills at a POPDrop kiosk?

Yes. All POPDrop kiosks allow you to:

  • Buy Stamps: Purchase digital postage labels or physical stamps for your parcels.
  • Pay Bills: Manage payments for utilities, town council, fines, and healthcare.
  • Top-ups: Top up your mobile prepaid cards or transport cards (EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay).
  • Payments: All transactions are completed using digital payment modes (NETS, Credit/Debit cards).

Using POPStop

What is POPStop?

POPStop is a dedicated service counter for shipping and returns of trackable eCommerce items. Available at all Post Offices and over 160 authorized POPStop networks (such as Cheers and FairPrice Xpress), it is designed to simplify the first-mile process for marketplace sellers, small businesses, and individuals. Use our Locate us tools to find the nearest POPStop and POPStop agents.

What are the size and weight limits for POPStop?

POPStop accommodates much larger items than the automated POPDrop kiosks:

  • Maximum Weight: 30kg
  • Maximum Length: 1.5 meters

Note: Individual service restrictions still apply (e.g., Tracked Letterbox items must still fit into a standard letterbox).

How long does it take for items deposited at POPStop to be delivered?

Items lodged at a POPStop are eligible for Next Day Delivery if they are submitted by the daily cut-off time:

  • Cut-off Time: 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday).
  • Items dropped off after 4:30 PM or on weekends/Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
