Once your item is packed and ready to go, you have several convenient options to send it on its way. This guide covers our drop-off locations, self-service kiosks, and how to arrange for a courier pickup.
Drop-Off Locations
You can drop off your items at any of our convenient locations:
- Self-Service Facilities
- POPStation: Our smart locker network where you can send, receive, and return parcels.
- POPDrop: A dedicated box, often located beside a POPStation, specifically for dropping off prepaid parcels.
- Pick Locker: For self-service returns only.
- Over-the-Counter Service:
- Post Office: For all mail and parcel services, including those requiring assistance from our staff.
- POPStop Agent: You can also drop off parcels over the counter at our partner retail stores.
- Posting Box: For standard letters and mail.

- POPStation: Our smart locker network where you can send, receive, and return parcels.
- POPDrop: An automated machine for sending or returning trackable eCommerce items any time, any day, offering a self-service option.

Using POPDrop
What is POPDrop?
POPDrop is an automated, self-service box designed for a hassle-free drop-off of your trackable parcels. It allows you to skip the lines at the Post Office and lodge your items 24/7 at various locations across Singapore.

Simply follow the instructions provided at the kiosk. No prior registration is needed.

Beyond sending parcels, you can use the POPDrop screen to manage daily tasks, including:
- Bill Payments: Pay utilities, town council, government fines, and healthcare bills.
- Top-ups: Add credit to your mobile prepaid cards or transport cards.
- Stamp Purchases: Purchase digital postage or physical stamps for your mailing needs.
- Digital Payments: All transactions are seamless via digital payment modes (NETS, Credit/Debit cards).
Yes. POPDrop accepts Registered Service (International) parcels. Ensure you have completed the necessary digital customs declarations via ezy2ship before dropping off the item.
Note: Only parcels (up to 2kg) are accepted. For document-only envelopes or letters, please use traditional street posting boxes.
Can I purchase stamps and pay bills at a POPDrop kiosk?
Yes. All POPDrop kiosks allow you to:
- Buy Stamps: Purchase digital postage labels or physical stamps for your parcels.
- Pay Bills: Manage payments for utilities, town council, fines, and healthcare.
- Top-ups: Top up your mobile prepaid cards or transport cards (EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay).
- Payments: All transactions are completed using digital payment modes (NETS, Credit/Debit cards).
Yes. If you are unable to print your label at home, you can do so at the kiosk
- Select "Print Label" on the POPDrop screen.
- Scan the QR code or enter the reference number from your ezy2ship/SingPost app confirmation.
- The kiosk will print a self-adhesive label for you to affix to your parcel before you scan it for drop-off.
To ensure smooth processing, the following should not be lodged at POPDrop:
- Letters: Standard untracked letters or documents (please use street posting boxes).
- Oversized/Heavy Items: Anything exceeding 324 x 229 x 65mm or 2kg.
- Priority Services: Speedpost Express and Speedpost Priority (please visit a Post Office counter).
- Other Couriers: Items from non-SingPost courier services.
Most items will be delivered to the recipient within 2 working days, provided they are lodged before the daily collection cut-off times
- Monday – Friday: 4.30pm
- Saturday: 11.30am
Using POPStop
What is POPStop?
POPStop is a dedicated service counter for shipping and returns of trackable eCommerce items. Available at all Post Offices and over 160 authorized POPStop networks (such as Cheers and FairPrice Xpress), it is designed to simplify the first-mile process for marketplace sellers, small businesses, and individuals. Use our Locate us tools to find the nearest POPStop and POPStop agents.
POPStop accepts a wide variety of pre-labeled shipments and marketplace returns, including:
- SingPost Products: smartpac, Tracked Letterbox (Prepaid Labels), Speedpost Domestic, and Speedpost International.
- Marketplace Partners: Shipments and returns from Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, and TikTok Shop.
What are the size and weight limits for POPStop?
POPStop accommodates much larger items than the automated POPDrop kiosks:
- Maximum Weight: 30kg
- Maximum Length: 1.5 meters
Note: Individual service restrictions still apply (e.g., Tracked Letterbox items must still fit into a standard letterbox).
How long does it take for items deposited at POPStop to be delivered?
Items lodged at a POPStop are eligible for Next Day Delivery if they are submitted by the daily cut-off time:
- Cut-off Time: 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday).
- Items dropped off after 4:30 PM or on weekends/Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
No. These packages are not accepted at POPStop and our POPStop network. They must be dropped off directly at a Post Office counter.
To ensure the safety of our staff and the delivery network, the following items are strictly prohibited at all POPStop locations:
- Dangerous Goods: Explosives (fireworks, flares), flammable liquids (kerosene, paint thinner), gas canisters, and toxic substances.
- Valuables & Documents: Cash, cheques, credit/ATM cards, passports, and irreplaceable original certificates or films.
- Perishables & Living Things: Living plants, animals, or perishable food items like fruits and vegetables.
- Restricted Items: Firearms, swords, and religious artifacts.
- Fragile Glass: Any glass or porcelain items that are not properly bubbled wrapped and secured in a protective hard box.
