Each PostPal is able to autosort mail, which greatly minimises misdeliveries, while significantly improving the postman's productivity.
Keyless Convenience
Residents need only scan a QR code generated by the SingPost app to retrieve their mail.
Enhanced Mail Security

How It Works
Download the SingPost App onto your mobile phone
Register by filling up the required information
Tap the "PostPal" icon on the Home page of the SingPost App
Flat owners can verify residential details by tapping on the “Link to MyInfo” button
Add users in the “Manage Users” section under the ‘Account’ tab
At the PostPal kiosk, tap the "Scan QR Code" option on the screen
Open the SingPost App on your mobile phone
Tap on the “PostPal” icon and a QR code will be displayed
Point the QR code towards the scanner on the PostPal kiosk
Mail is dispensed. Collect your mail from the indicated collection points

PostPal is SingPost’s latest postal innovation. The “smart” letterbox is able to dispense letters as well as postal packages conveniently, securely and efficiently.
Ensure your mobile OS is updated before downloading SingPost mobile app via Google Play and Apple Store. Look for the PostPal icon on the SingPost app and register using SingPass. If your phone is not compatible or unable to access SingPass, please seek assistance at the nearest Post Office
Upon successful registration, you will receive a notification via the SingPost app.
PostPal is free for all residents of the block it serves.
Yes, you may opt out of PostPal at any time. Please contact us at 6845 6222 to seek assistance.
As PostPal is at a trial stage, the original letterboxes will remain as a backup option if necessary. All mail for registered users will be routed to the PostPal kiosks once they are in operation.
PostPal is currently serving blocks 202 and 205 Clementi Ave 6. Stay tuned for news on future deployments!
Please return the letters via the return mail slat situated at the lower left of the PostPal kiosk.
Residents will be alerted via the SingPost app when mail is delivered to their address. If mail is uncollected for a period of time, a notification slip informing the recipient to collect his/her mail will be delivered to the doorstep. If mail remains uncollected for 10 days, all incoming mail will be returned to the sender until the recipient clears the backlog.
