Mr Paul William Coutts, 61

Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive, Non-Independent Director

Mr Paul William Coutts was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) on 1 June 2017 to provide overall leadership to the transformation of the Group, integrate SingPost's eCommerce logistics platforms and build out a globally competitive business. Prior to joining SingPost, Mr Coutts was CEO of Toll Global Forwarding, one of the five divisions in the Toll Group, since February 2013 in a global role based in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in C-suite positions at major global logistics and postal companies. He has attended several executive programmes at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and London Business School.

Mr Richard Lai, 48

Group Chief Financial Officer, Singapore Post Limited

Mr Lai oversees all financial matters including financial reporting, taxation, risk management and treasury functions of the SingPost Group. He joins SingPost Group from GuocoLand Limited, part of the Hong Leong Group Malaysia, where he served for almost four years as CFO. Mr Lai has more than 25 years of experience in the financial, property and banking industries; holding key roles in finance, banking, asset management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and logistics. Prior to Guocoland, Mr Lai served as Group CFO for TEE International, another SGX-listed entity in engineering, real estate and infrastructure. He has also served as CFO, Deputy CEO and subsequently, was appointed CEO of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management before leaving to start his own real estate capital management firm, LABRO Capital. Mr Lai was also previously a banker in various capacity with various banks and financial institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Schroders and Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank (now known as AmInvestment Bank Berhad).

Mr Vincent Phang, 45

Chief Executive Officer, Postal Services & Singapore

Mr Phang joined SingPost in April 2019 as CEO for Postal Services and Singapore, which encompasses all of SingPost’s core business in Singapore, including Post, Parcel and Logistics. In this role, Mr Phang is responsible for providing a world-class delivery network in Singapore, through a comprehensive and customer-centric suite of logistics, mail and parcel solutions for our customers. He is also responsible for SingPost’s international postal relationships. Mr Phang has over 20 years of regional experience in the supply chain, logistics, industrial and manufacturing industries in Asia, having served in various senior leadership roles including Group CEO of ST Logistics. Mr Phang holds a Master in Engineering (First Class) in Aeronautical Engineering from the Imperial College, UK and has also attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2014.

Mr Woo Keng Leong, 64

Postal Advisor

Mr Woo is one of the early pioneers of SingPost, having joined Singapore Postal Services Department in 1980 on a posting as a Public Service Commission scholar. He was the Head of Postal Services from 2012 to 2015 before taking up the position of Chief Executive Officer, Postal Services in 2015. In his time with SingPost, Mr Woo has been key in the transformation of SingPost’s postal business into one of the world’s most efficient and admired postal service providers. Mr Woo obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Nanyang University in Singapore, and has completed an International Post Office Management course in the UK. With his valuable wealth of knowledge, Mr Woo is currently the Postal Advisor to SingPost.

Mr Lim Jui-i, 39

Group Chief Transformation Officer

Mr Lim joined SingPost in September 2017 as Group Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for the transformation blueprint across the SingPost business. He oversees the change management process across the Group and its subsidiaries, providing strategic and commercial leadership to identify and to drive growth opportunities across the business. He is also responsible for strategic investments and integration, as well as improving processes within corporate functions. Mr Lim joined SingPost from Toll Global Forwarding (TGF), where he was the Director Strategy & Development of the worldwide freight forwarding network. Prior to TGF, Mr Lim worked at Toll Holdings, Linfox and YCH Group in various strategy and business development roles. He holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University in the USA.
