Mr Paul William Coutts, 61

Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive, Non-Independent Director

Mr Paul William Coutts was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) on 1 June 2017 to provide overall leadership to the transformation of the Group, integrate SingPost's eCommerce logistics platforms and build out a globally competitive business. Prior to joining SingPost, Mr Coutts was CEO of Toll Global Forwarding, one of the five divisions in the Toll Group, since February 2013 in a global role based in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in C-suite positions at major global logistics and postal companies.He has attended several executive programmes at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and London Business School.

Mr Woo Keng Leong, 62

Chief Executive Officer, Postal Services

Mr Woo joined SingPost in 1980, when it was the Singapore Postal Services Department, on a posting as a Public Service Commission scholar. He has been responsible for transforming SingPost’s postal business into one of the most efficient and admired postal service providers in the world. Mr Woo is focused on the quality of our postal services, as well as the sustainability of the mail business, which is the backbone of our eCommerce logistics services. He is also responsible for SingPost’s international postal relationships. Mr Woo sits on the boards of DataPost Pte Ltd, Singapore Post Enterprise Private Limited, Quantium Solutions International Pte Ltd, SingPost eCommerce Logistics Holdings Pte Ltd, GD Express Carrier Berhad, Famous Holdings Pte Ltd, and the Singapore Philatelic Museum. He is also a member of Singapore’s Stamp Advisory Committee. Mr Woo obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Nanyang University in Singapore, and has completed an International Post Office Management course in the UK.

Mr Paul Demirdjian, 57

Chief Executive Officer, eCommerce

Mr Demirdjian leads the growth and development of SingPost’s eCommerce business as Chief Executive Officer of eCommerce. Prior to co-founding Jagged Peak in 2000, he had more than 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles at several technology companies, including Davel Communications, a publicly traded telecom company where he held several executive-level positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Technology Officer and Director. A true eCommerce pioneer and entrepreneur, Mr Demirdjian has deep eCommerce domain knowledge, and was instrumental in the original design and architecture of the EDGE platform. He has a degree in electronic engineering technology from St. Petersburg College, where he also was a member of the Engineering Honor Society (Tau Alpha Pi). He is Vice Chairman of the St. Petersburg College Foundation and on University of South Florida's Information Systems & Decision Sciences, Advisory Board.

Mr Alex Tan, 57

Group Chief Digital and Technology Officer

Mr Tan is responsible for SingPost’s technology and digitalisation strategy, implementing all technology-related transformation programmes, driving new digital-enabled business models and Go-To-Market strategy across ASEAN markets (E.g. next generation Last Mile Delivery Platform or LaMP). Mr Tan has over 20 years of experience in leading technology transformation and innovation in the logistics, financial and telecoms industries across Asia Pacific. Prior to SingPost, Mr Tan was the Asia Pacific CIO of DB Schenker AG, Regional CIO of Pacnet, and bank wide Payments Head of OCBC Bank. Mr Tan is a member of Business Angel Network for South East Asia (BANSEA), which provides seed funding for promising FinTech platforms which address macro trends/problems in emerging markets. Mr Tan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.

Mr Lim Jui-i, 39

Group Chief Transformation Officer

Mr Lim joined SingPost in September 2017 as Group Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for the transformation blueprint across the SingPost business. He oversees the change management process across the Group and its subsidiaries, providing strategic and commercial leadership to identify and to drive growth opportunities across the business. He is also responsible for strategic investments and integration, as well as improving processes within corporate functions. Mr Lim joined SingPost from Toll Global Forwarding (TGF), where he was the Director Strategy & Development of the worldwide freight forwarding network. Prior to TGF, Mr Lim worked at Toll Holdings, Linfox and YCH Group in various strategy and business development roles. He holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University in the USA.
