Singapore, 5 September 2025 - Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) today announced the expansion of its POPStop network to all manned Cheers outlets across Singapore, further strengthening convenience and accessibility for customers.

With the addition of more than 160 staffed Cheers convenience stores island-wide, SingPost is embedding postal services directly into neighbourhoods, enabling customers—especially digital marketplace sellers and eCommerce users—to enjoy quick and fuss-free access to shipping services right where they live and shop.

What Customers Can Expect:

  • Seamless Parcel Drop-Offs and Returns: Send out or return parcels at any manned Cheers store, anytime
  • Easy Purchase of Shipping Essentials: smartpacs and prepaid labels available for immediate purchase in-store
  • Islandwide Accessibility: customers and small business owners now have a service point for eCommerce logistics in more than 160 Cheers stores across Singapore

POPStop

POPStops are dedicated service counters that allow customers to seamlessly fulfill eCommerce-related needs, such as dropping off parcels, returning online purchases, and purchasing basic shipping supplies – all within a single visit. Launched in 2023, the initiative has quickly gained traction, with SingPost recording an average of 180,000 parcel drop-offs per month.

smartpac

smartpac is SingPost’s convenient, postage-paid poly mailer, designed to make sending parcels within Singapore simple and secure. Available for purchase at Cheers stores in both Small (22cm x 15cm) and Medium (33cm x 24cm) sizes, smartpacs include local postage and tracking—removing the need to weigh items or queue at the post office. Delivery is also made directly to recipients’ letterboxes.

Prepaid Label

Prepaid Labels are self-adhesive, postage-paid labels that come with tracking, offering a convenient and efficient solution for small parcels (up to 2kg) that are delivered locally to letterboxes. Users can skip queuing at the post office to weigh parcels and calculate postage, making this option ideal for eCommerce sellers and SMEs seeking a hassle-free shipping experience.
