PRIVY
PRIVY is a secure, confidential mail and parcel management service that allows you to receive items without disclosing your address. Subscribers are notified via the SingPost app and email when their mail arrives, and all items are securely stored for collection.
How do I apply for the service?
You can apply for PRIVY through the SingPost mobile app. Simply complete your details and make a payment using a credit card or eNETS. You will receive an email confirmation once your application is successful.
What is the subscription period?
The subscription is for a period of one year. The annual fee is S$359.70, inclusive of GST.
How can I terminate the service?
You can request an early termination by providing written notice at least seven working days in advance. You can call 1605 for termination. However, please note that no refund will be provided for the unused service period.
Receiving & Collection
What is the address format I should use for PRIVY?
Once your service is activated, your mail and parcels must be addressed in a specific format to be accepted.
- For regular customers: Name of Subscriber, Privy Box No. 92XXXX, Singapore 929292
- For ATC customers: Name of Subscriber, Privy Box No. 93XXXX, Singapore 929393
What items are accepted under this service?
PRIVY accepts mail and parcels sent through SingPost. The PRIVY Box number cannot be used as an address for items delivered by a third party.
You can request self-collection via the SingPost mobile app. Your items will be ready for collection at one of four specified post offices within 3 working days at one of the four following post offices:
- Hougang Central Post Office
- Harbourfront Centre Post Office
- Bukit Batok Central Post Office
- Pasir Ris Post Office

Items that are not collected will be sent back to storage after three working days, and subsequent collection requests will incur additional charges. Alternatively, you may request mail forwarding to your doorstep via Speedpost Standard service for a fee of S$12.30 (inclusive of GST).
If you are unable to self-collect items after a request has been confirmed, they will be sent back to storage after three working days. Is there a limit on how many items I can store?
The article does not specify a volume limit for mail items. You will be notified when your storage box is nearing full and when it is full, at which point you will need to arrange to clear your items by self-collection or mail forwarding.
