Macau Post has further updated that in order to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the Macao Government has announced that all civil servants, other than those working for emergency and critical services, will remain exempted from working from 8 to 16 February 2020. As a consequence, Macau Post will provide limited basic postal services to the public during the above period. Delays are also to be expected in the delivery of all inbound postal items owing to the closure of the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal since 4 February 2020 and the recent flight delays/cancellations.
Poczta Polska S.A. has advised that the airmail unit (AMU) in Warsaw will be moving into a new location at Warsaw airport during the period 17–29 February 2020. Periodic disruption in all international outgoing and incoming mail until 10 March 2020 are expected, despite the fact that relocation of the AMU is scheduled for completion by 1 March 2020.
La Poste has advised that a major strike has affected the French overseas department of Martinique for the past three weeks, causing delays in the collection and the delivery of all postal items.

All international shipments (SpeedPost and Mail Service) destined for Hubei Province (postcodes 430000–449999) are suspended till further notice.
Due to flight cancellations to China over the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), all International Air services to China, except SpeedPost Express, are suspended till further notice.
