If you fail to supply sufficiently reasonable details to SingPost Group such as to enable SingPost Group to process your request, SingPost Group may be unable to assist you in your personal data correction request.
• SingPost Group will comply with your data correction request as soon as reasonably possible upon your request. The duty of SingPost Group to comply with your data correction requests only extends to providing you with (i) personal data about you that is in the possession or under the control of SingPost Group; and (ii) information about the ways in which the personal data has been or may have been used or disclosed by SingPost Group within a year before the date of the request.
• SingPost Group will conduct a verification process to ensure that SingPost Group does not correct personal data about another individual. SingPost Group may require you to produce further identification documents to verify against our records.
• The personal data you provide herein will be used by SingPost Group for the processing of your personal data correction request. Such personal data may be disclosed to other departments within SingPost Group for the same purposes.
• Having received and verified your identification and documentation, we shall endeavor to respond to your request within thirty (30) days. In the event we need more time to collect, verify and compile the requested information, we shall inform you of the additional time needed via the contact information you provided in this Correction Request Form.

For access to CCTV footage, there will be an additional processing cost (for example, costs incurred for masking of 3rd party images) (collectively, “Processing Fee”). We will inform you via writing of the estimated fee incurred prior to SingPost Group processing your request. SingPost Group reserves the right to process your request if you do not agree with paying such fees.
• The personal data you provide herein will be used by SingPost Group for the processing of your personal data access request. Such personal data may be disclosed to other departments within SingPost Group for the same purposes.
