Speedpost Singapore Product Updates

Effective 1 April 2025: Changes to shipment options for Speedpost Standard Singapore will be implemented on ezy2ship for both retail registered and corporate customers using published rates.

For retail customers

What are the upcoming changes for Speedpost services?

To streamline its offerings, SingPost is discontinuing the following services for retail customers:

  • Speedpost Express Singapore: This service will no longer be available from 06 January 2025.
  • Assisted Phone Booking: This service will also cease from 06 January 2025.
  • Doorstep Pick-up: The doorstep pick-up option for Speedpost Standard Singapore will be disabled on ezy2ship from 01 April 2025.

Which Speedpost services are still available for me?

You can continue to use Speedpost Standard Singapore (Retail Registered). You can book this service on ezy2ship or at any post office counter.

For bookings made on ezy2ship after 01 April 2025, the "Courier pick up at my doorstep" option will be replaced with a "Drop off at POPStation, POPStop and POPDrop" option.

For corporate customers

What changes are being made to corporate Speedpost services?

To simplify its offerings, SingPost will no longer be accepting new applications or renewals for the following services from 06 January 2025:

  • Speedpost Express
  • Speedpost N-Saver
  • Speedpost E-Saver

Why are these changes being made?

These changes are part of SingPost's commitment to streamlining its service offerings to reduce complexity and provide better value. The updates align with evolving market practices and business requirements.

Are new services being introduced?

Yes. From 06 January 2025, two new services will be available to new contract customers: Speedpost Economy (a cost-effective solution) and Speedpost Prime (a premium next-day delivery option). Speedpost Standard, Speedpost Priority, and Speedpost ezyReturn will remain available.

Will the pricing or features of the new services differ from the current services?

Yes, the new services will have updated rate structures and monthly volume tier discounts to provide better cost-efficiency for high-volume customers.

How will these changes affect my existing contract?

If you have an active contract for any of the affected services, you will not be impacted and can continue to use them until your contract's end date.

Once your contract expires, you will have the option to switch to the new Speedpost services.

How can I learn more about the new services?

For a detailed overview of the new services, you can contact your dedicated Account Manager or email g-telesales@singpost.com for assistance.

How do I transition to the new services?

You can approach your Account Manager to guide you through the transition process. The new services will be available under new corporate published rates for non-contract customers from 01 April 2025.

If I do not wish to sign up as a contract customer, when will I be able to use the new corporate published rates for new services?

The new services will be available to you under new corporate published rates effective 01 April 2025.
