The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) today announced the launch of a new commemorative stamp set titled ‘Revitalising Spaces, Connecting Communities’, marking the Singapore Land Authority’s (SLA) 25th anniversary.
The stamp issue forms part of the wider SLA25 campaign, which celebrates 25 years of optimising State properties for economic, social, and community good. As the nation’s custodian of State land and properties, SLA is guided by its vision of ‘Limited Land • Unlimited Space’. This creative paradox reflects SLA’s commitment to maximising the potential of Singapore’s land resources by reimagining heritage spaces to meet the nation’s evolving needs.
Designed by local designer Joachim Kok, the stamp series showcases five notable and diverse asset types managed by SLA that each exemplify this spirit of renewal. A red balloon appears across all five stamps — a vibrant and buoyant motif symbolising Singapore, our Little Red Dot, and the boundless possibilities within limited space.
Stamp Designs
- Temasek Shophouse (1st Local): At 28 Orchard Road, the distinctive property and its neighbouring conserved shophouses stand as a vibrant space for community building and social impact, breathing renewed purpose into a historic address.
- KADA at 5 Kadayanallur Street (85₵): Once home to St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital, 5 Kadayanallur Street has been repurposed as a creative lifestyle and wellness hub — a nod to its significant past while preserving its legacy as one of Singapore’s first modernist buildings.
- Smith Street Chinatown (85₵): The rejuvenated row of iconic shophouses in Chinatown blends heritage with new community, lifestyle, and retail experiences — celebrating local culture while curating meaningful spaces for people and connection.
- 1 Goodwood Hill (90₵): The majestic colonial bungalow at 1 Goodwood Hill, which once housed senior officials, has been thoughtfully adapted for home office use — preserving its pre-war heritage and supporting the nation’s evolving needs.
- Dempsey ($2): Set amid lush greenery, the former army barracks have evolved into an internationally renowned lifestyle enclave. Today, it comes alive with inventive dining, retail, and wellness concepts that showcase its distinctive charm.
Commemorative Stamp Products
Alongside the five stamps, the SLA25 commemorative stamp collection also includes a pre-cancelled First Day Cover and a Presentation Pack, featuring accompanying narratives that highlight the significance of the milestone and the State properties featured.

Join in the SLA25 Celebrations
Beyond the philatelic collection, the stamp designs serve as a visual anchor for the wider SLA25 campaign — inviting the public to rediscover and engage with Singapore’s heritage-rich State properties in new and meaningful ways.
