Final dividend
In relation to the financial year ended 31 March 2008, the Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of 2.5 cents per ordinary share (tax exempt one-tier).
The final dividend, if approved by shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid on 18 July 2008.
The transfer book and register of members of the Company will be closed on 7 July 2008 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registrable transfers of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company received by the Company's registrar up to 5.00 pm on 4 July 2008 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the dividend.
