Why use Postage Paid Impression?
It allows you to send regular bulk mail to domestic and overseas destinations. It is particularly useful for regular sending of bills, letters and others. All you need to do is apply for the permit to use the PPI service and lodge your mail directly to us and we'll take care of it. Franked Mail

What is Franked Mail?
It is for regular posting of large quantity of mail that is different in weight, size and destinations. Thus requiring different postage value. A franking machine prints an impression of the required value of postage on the mail, which is accepted by Singapore Post as a form of pre-paid postage.

Why use Franked Mail?
With no stamps to stick on the mail, it's ready for delivery faster and earlier. A franking machine also allows you to maintain accurate and up-to-date postage records and it prints any value of postage required. So you needn't buy and stock different denominations of stamps.

Digital Franking Machine

Using the Digital Franking Machine offers you greater advantages shown below.

Refund of Misfranked Impression/Labels
Permit Holder can apply for refund of franked covers/labels that are incorrectly franked and not transmitted through the post.

A written letter from the Permit Holder for refund must be presented to Singapore Post within one month from the date of impression. Approved refund is subjected to the payment of an administrative charge and prevailing rate of GST.
