  • This service is ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing and accountability
  • Registration fee is $2.24 (local) and $2.20 (oversea) per article, in addition to normal postage
  • Article must be tendered over the counter and a receipt obtained
    
    
• Parcels
  • Items which are not letters can be sent as parcels, eg machine parts, samples, goods & merchandise
  • Strong, rigid containers are recommended to better protect fragile items
  • Parcel must be handed in at post office for which a posting receipt will be issued
  • For parcel posted for delivery in Singapore, a posting receipt will not be issued.
  • To qualify for compensation in the case of loss, you may request for a copy of the signed delivery receipt, the charges are:

    For Local Delivery Receipt	–	$3.05 (available within 2 - 3 working days)
    		$5.10 (available within 1 - 2 working days)
    For Oversea Delivery Receipt	–	$10.15 (if available, it will be about 25 working days or more)
