New Zealand Post has advised that the domestic mail network across the lower North Island and the upper South Island has been impacted severely by Cyclone Gita. Flights have been rescheduled, and local roads have suffered significant damage. Delays may be expected for all postal items into and out of these areas of the country.
Tonga Post has advised that processing and delivery of mail to and from Tonga have been affected after Cyclone Gita, a Category 4 storm, hit the country on 12 February 2018. While the situation is beginning to improve and the airport has reopened, service delays may still be expected.
La Poste has advised that postal services are back to normal as the transportation situation has normalised.

Paris and the Paris Region (Île-de-France) were hit by a heavy snowstorm on 6 February 2018. The French authorities have put in place an emergency plan prohibiting heavy vehicles from entering the Île-de-France road network.
Société Tchadienne des Postes et de l'Epargne (STPE) has advised that delivery of postal items has been suspended since 1 February 2018 due to a strike.
