Notes:
1. 90% of the SmartPac will be delivered on the next working day.
2. 99% of the ordinary local mail within CBD area, and 98%, outside CBD will be delivered by the next working day.
3. Items collected before 1pm will be delivered on the Same Day by 6pm. Items collected after 1pm will be delivered on the Next Working Day by 1pm.

5. Applicable only for the doorstep delivery service. Please note that there are two categories of A.M. Mail - letterbox delivery and doorstep delivery.
