A search fee of S$2.00 for each local to local delivery
receipt request and S$10.00 for each local to overseas
delivery receipt request will be chargeable upon the
successful presentation of the signed copy of delivery
receipt.

Singapore Post shall make reasonable effort to obtain
a signed copy of the delivery receipt. Singapore Post
shall however not be liable for any delays in obtaining
the delivery receipt for whatever reason.

Singapore Post shall not be responsible on the authenticity
of the recipient's signature.

The delivery receipt must be collected within 1 week
after being notified by Singapore Post staff.

obtained. Please indicate your contact numbers below.
Payment can be made by cheque to 'Singapore Post Ltd'
and mailed to Registered Article Enquiry Section, 10 Eunos
Road 8 #05-33, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600
or cash payment can be made at any main Post Office Branch
of your choice during your collection.
