After the PIN has been sent via SMS to your handphone, you can begin your retrieval at the Sm@rtLocker by selecting "2" for "Pick Up" and then following the prompts on the LCD screen.

* For Item Number, please key in the numbers only. For example, if your Item Number is RR123456789SG, please key in 123456789. Your Item Number is found on the reverse side of the Delivery Advice Instructions.
