Before You Post
You can ensure that your mail reaches its recipients safely and quickly. Here, some tips to remember before you post your mail:

DO

· address clearly, correctly and completely. The recommended address format is:

· use the correct 6-Digit Postal Code

· indicate your return address on the back of the envelope

· use standard size envelopes

· use white or very light-coloured envelopes

· seal envelopes or mailers at all sides

· affix stamps on the top right-hand corner of envelope

AVOID

· enclosing stiff objects in envelopes

· using coloured envelopes

· stapling envelopes

· printing any colour or wordings within the clear zone of the envelope.
