Terms & Conditions for CASHOME Scratch N Win Promotion

  1. CASHOME Scratch N Win Card Promotion is valid from 1 July 2013 – 30 September 2013.
  2. CASHOME Scratch N Win Card Promotion is only applicable for all CASHOME remittance transactions except for International Bank Draft and Western Union transactions done at any Post Office.  Receive a CASHOME Scratch N Win Card for each remittance transaction done at any Post Office.
  3. Submit valid and duly completed CASHOME Scratch N Win Card at any Post Office to redeem a prize on the spot at any post offices.
  4. While stocks last. Limited to 1 prize per CASHOME Scratch N Win Card.
  5. SingPost reserves the right to substitute gifts of equivalent value.
  6. The terms and conditions shall be subjected to the interpretation of SingPost.

Terms & Conditions for My CASHOME Rewards Program

  1. My CASHOME Rewards Program promotion period is from 1 July 2013 – 30 September 2013.
  2. My CASHOME Rewards Program is only applicable for all CASHOME remittance transactions except for International Bank Draft and Western Union transactions done at any Post Office, SAM or vPOST during the promotional period.
  3. For every CASHOME Remittance transaction, CASHOME customer will automatically earn 1 Reward point.
  4. Reward points are accumulated solely for gift redemption and are strictly non-transferable.
  5. All Reward points accumulated during the promotion period are valid till 20 October 2013.
  6. Reward points not redeemed by 20 October 2013 cannot be carried forward and will automatically be forfeited.
  7. CASHOME customer can redeem their accumulated Reward points for the following reward gifts:
      • 4 Reward Points: Foldable Travel Bag
      • 8 Reward Points: Multi Function Clock (with Photo Frame and USB Hub)
      • 12 Reward Points: $20 Worth of Shopping Vouchers
      • 18 Reward Points: $30 Worth of Shopping Vouchers
  8. CASHOME customer is entitled to redeem for only 1 reward gift depending on the number of Reward points accumulated.
  9. SingPost will notify qualified customers via SMS by 7 October 2013 on the total number of Reward points accumulated during the promotion period.

  11. Customers can redeem their reward by presenting their SMS received, CASHOME Card and valid identification at any one of the following Redemption Centres during the stated period:
      • Orchard Post Office: 12 - 13 October 2013 (Sat - Sun), 11am – 4pm daily
      • Singapore Post Centre Post Office: 20 October 2013 (Sun), 11am – 4pm
  12. Once the transaction of Reward points redemption has been made, it may not be cancelled and Reward points deducted will not be reversed.
  13. The reward gifts are not transferable and must be collected in person.
  14. Staff of SingPost and their immediate family members are eligible for My CASHOME Rewards Program.
  15. SingPost reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, gifts at any time without prior notice. SingPost shall not be responsible for any dissatisfaction with the gifts. All decisions made by SingPost shall be final.
  16. The terms and conditions shall be subjected to the interpretation of SingPost.
