COLLECTION OF PASSPORT AND SINGAPORE IDENTITY CARD

Singaporeans who are successful in their application for a passport can opt to collect their passports from selected SingPost outlets. From 15 January 2013, Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) can also opt to collect their Identity Card (ICs) at these selected outlets.

There will be a service fee payable to SingPost for the successful collection of each ICA document at designated SingPost outlets. The service fee is $10 for each passport collection and $6 for each IC collection.
