Parcel Despatch Note. Declarations must bear the actual signature of the sender or his deputy and must show the current value of the finished articles in the open market at the time of despatch. |
| Restrictions | Restrictions apply to the importation of - Cultures or preparation of pathogenic micro-organisms (permits required from Ministry of Health, Lusaka); Indian hemps, unless in the form of a medical preparations; ostrich feathers, unless part of a manufactured article; plants, seeds or parts thereof (permit required from Director of Agriculture, Lusaka); preparations concerning venereal disease, unless addressed to a doctor or pharmacist; preparations for diagnosis of animal diseases require special permits. |

| Invoices | It is recommended that invoices and certificates of origin be inserted in commercial parcels. |
