Please kindly note that enquiry should only be raised if the addressee claimed non-receipt of the item.

*Enquiry must be made within 6 months from the date of posting. For any one customer in any one-calendar week, Singapore Post will process a maximum of 25 enquiries or 5% of the total registered articles posted for that week, whichever is lower.
*Enquiry on registered article should be made only after the following time frames

a) Local to Local Registered Article, 7-14 working days from date of posting
b) Local to Overseas Registered Article by air, 18 working days from date of posting
c) Local to Overseas Registered Article by surface, 8 weeks from date of posting

Please note that you do not have to submit the Enquiry Form a second time.

Please kindly allow at least 18 working days for delivery of overseas registered article before raising an enquiry and only if the addressee claims non-receipt.

Please fill in all the information accurately and completely as it will be used to raise the enquiry with the overseas administrations.
